I work on Carpal Tunnel, TMJ, Sciatica, Headaches, Neckaches, Stress & Pain Reduction, and Muscle Fatigue. I help these areas by commonly using Deep Tissue Therapy (rolling and moving the muscle tissue with deep pressure to open up the muscle and help pump out toxins [ie: lactic acid]), Trigger Point Therapy (using centered pressure to break up condensed spots of toxins, which act like a "charlie horse", keeping the muscle constricted causing painful symptoms similar to "pinched nerves"), and Swedish Massage (a general gliding or "kneeding" movement which helps relax and calm the body). | I can give you the comfort you need in a world plagued by stress and pain! | ||||||||||||||||
